Kristina Buckeridge
Managing DirectorWith 15 years of experience in property management and lettings, I have gained a diverse skill set working across family-run, regional, and national companies. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the property market, building strong relationships with clients, tenants, developers and contractors.
Most recently, in 2019 I launched my own agency KLB Enterprises specialising in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), where I leverage my extensive experience and knowledge to provide tailored solutions for landlords and tenants. Ensuring the highest standards of service and profitability.
My expertise spans the full spectrum of property management, from tenant placement, to rent collection, property maintenance, legal compliance and licensing laws.
In 2020, along side my agency I also opened an award-winning budget hotel. This experience expanded my knowledge of the serviced accommodation market, and I now work alongside both providers and end users of serviced accommodation.
Jill Summerscales
Office Manager & Senior AdministratorJill joined the team in early 2022, bringing over 40 years of experience in administration, accounts management, and credit control. Jill is highly organised and has an exceptional track record in maintaining tenant relations and managing all finances and payments within the business.
